Eagle Graphics, Inc. has served Greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts for over 25 years. Starting as a small blue print and printing company, we have constantly expanded to include an inside and outside sales staff and two shifts of printing professionals to meet the growing needs of the community. We currently serve not only numerous large institutions -- including departments of government throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local hospitals, but also mid size and small businesses as well as individual customers. We have recently relocated to Canton, MA where we have teamed with Next Generation as a printing partner.

We utilize the concept of the "team" approach. Rather than have just one point of contact for your job (who may or may not be available at the time you call), we have several staff professionals involved so answers can be given to you when needed and without delay. When your job is first logged in, it is given a tracking number and assigned to a team of printing professionals. It is the team's responsibility to see a job through its various levels of completion. While each team person has specific duties and skills, all share in the responsibility to ensure that your job is completed on time and error free. Team members are encouraged to creatively come up with solutions and ideas that you, the customer, may not have considered previously.
The team approach ensures that all departments are involved together. When your job is logged in, specific professionals in different departments are assigned to you, work on your piece until they have finished their part, and then deliver it to the next set of professionals in the next department. Your job is tracked electronically as it moves through the various stages of completion so anyone at anytime can know in what department your job is located and what more needs to be done. Heads of departments meet daily to discuss the completion schedule of every specific job in the company and when it will be ready to move to its next step. This provides a smooth transition as your job passes along the path to its completion. This interactive atmosphere helps prevent delays when questions arise and promotes the continued progress of each job.
Hours
of Operation and Location We have two shifts that work Monday through Friday, and occasionally on weekends as the needs arise. Our normal hours of operation for customers are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There are, however, people working normally from much earlier in the morning to throughout the late evening.
